PowerDetails Officer Direct Deposits
Personnel Direct Deposits allows vendors to pay online via ACH or Credit Card, and personnel can have this money directly deposited into their bank account for the details they worked. PowerDetails Pay uses Stripe for secure payment processing
How PowerDetails Pay with e-payments benefits your agency:
When using PowerDetails Pay, agencies can decide if they would like all payments received from vendors to be deposited into the agency’s bank account, or to individual personnel bank accounts.
- Either option provides a tool for better financial management and transparency.
- In using Personnel Direct Deposit, your officers save a trip to the bank when their money owed is deposited directly.
Configuring Personnel Direct Deposit:
An administrator will first turn on PowerDetails Pay by going to:
Advanced > Site Config > PowerDetails Pay
Next, turn on PowerDetails by selecting “Accept Electronic Payments”.
After this, the administrator will indicate where the payments received will be deposited.
- Deposit all funds into the agency bank account - all payments are processed through PowerDetails Pay and the money is deposited into a single bank account selected by the agency (your agency/city/county bank account).
- Pay personnel through Direct Deposit - this option “Personnel Direct Deposit” allows officers to sign up for direct deposit and let PowerDetails know what bank account they would like their payments deposited into.
With either deposit option, an account representative will be required to enter the agency's bank information. This person is usually someone in your financial department who is trusted to oversee account activity.
Account verification takes just a few minutes, then your vendors are able to pay invoices online and the funds can be deposited directly!
If you choose Personnel Direct Deposit, your officers will be prompted on their homepage to register their bank account information.
