What do I do if I am locked out?
If any user enters an incorrect password 5 times, their account will become locked.
Administrators
If you have an administrator account and are locked out, you can do one of the following:
- Contact another administrator on your site. They can access your administrator profile under the Personnel menu and by clicking Administrators and Admin Search. They will then need to open the the administrator account to be unlocked, uncheck the Locked box and press save. If needed, they can send you a new password by pressing the Generate and Email Password button.
- If there are no other administrators on your site, contact support@powerdetails.com for assistance.
Personnel Users and Employer Users
If you have a personnel account or employer user account, you must contact one of your agency site administrators. They will be able to unlock your account, and if necessary, help you reset your password.
